Blood Queen is a gothic vampire romance from 1x2 Network, set in a torch-lit Transylvanian hall flanked by pillars of bones. Five reels and 30 paylines hold stakes, rubies and vampire lovers, with the Lady in Red as the most valuable symbol. Players can view their balance in coins or cash.
