Chinese Zodiac fills GameArt's reels with the animals of the Chinese calendar on a 5x3 grid with 25 paylines. The rabbit, horse, snake and tiger are the premium symbols, while the ram, monkey, rooster, dog and pig pay less.

The dragon is the wild, landing on reels 2 to 5. The key mechanic is the second chance stack: if, once it has played out, three, four or five reels hold stacked tiger-sculpture bonus symbols, up to 15 free games begin.
