Game Description

Jacks or Better MH is Play’n GO's multi-hand version of a classic video poker format. Several hands are played in each round, and a pair of jacks or better is all it takes to get paid, which makes it a natural starting point for players new to video poker.

The presentation is clean, with the paytable across the top of the screen and the coin value and number of coins set in the control bar below. The royal flush is the top hand and pays its highest amount at the maximum bet. After a win, an optional gamble lets you guess a hidden card's colour or suit to double or quadruple it. There are no wilds, free games, multipliers or autoplay. With a 95.00% RTP, high volatility, stakes from €0.20 to €31.25 and a top win of €25,000, it pairs well with Double Bonus MH.

How a round works

Choose the coin value and the number of coins, press deal and click the cards you want to hold. Deal again to swap the rest. Each hand is checked against the paytable, and winning hands are paid; if nothing wins, a new round can begin straight away.

Paytable and gamble

  • Lowest paying hand: a pair of jacks.
  • Top hand: the royal flush, worth the most at the maximum bet.
  • Gamble: after a win, match the colour of a hidden card to double it or the suit to quadruple it.
  • Multi-hand: several hands per round give several chances to win.
