Journey To The West

Journey to the West from Pragmatic Play draws on the classic Chinese tale, with the Monkey King, an emperor, a pig and a bearded sage on reels framed like a traditional house hung with lanterns. The slot runs five reels, three rows and 25 paylines, and wins can start from just two matching symbols on a line, which helps keep the reels active.

The wild is a lucky 8, which substitutes for all symbols and pays the top line prize of 2,000 coins for five. Three or more scatters anywhere award 5 free games, and three more during the round add 3 extra spins. Volatility is medium, bets range from €0.25 to €200, the RTP is 96.47% and the maximum win is €80,000. There is no gamble option, so it suits players who like a classic Asian-themed slot with regular action.

The Monkey King, the emperor, the pig and the bearded sage form the premium set, paying from 5 up to 500 coins. Chinese characters make up the lower tier, paying between 10 and 75 coins. The lucky 8 wild is the most valuable symbol at up to 2,000 coins for five on a line.
