From Seven Deuce Gaming to Electric Elephant
The company was founded in 2016 as Seven Deuce Gaming (7DG), and poker games were its main product. A rebrand in 2019 produced the current name, a nod to the elephant’s importance in the culture of Sri Lanka, where the game development office is based.
Headquarters are in Soho, London. There, developers, mathematicians and designers work on fair, original casino games with rich graphics and engaging features.
After the rebrand, video slots became the main focus, though poker-led casino games are still in production. The studio has released more than 30 games so far, and a partnership with Microgaming is set to add more exclusive titles.
Games and mechanics
The catalogue is compact, but it stands out through inventive design, slots with detailed storylines and well-crafted bonus features. Most games use five reels, with some unusual layouts in the mix. Volsunga, for example, uses a 5-3-1-3-5 reel set and the Reel Unlock™ system with 3,125 paylines.
